Despite the noticeable downturn in real estate deals across Europe, the unanimous opinion is that we must stay optimistic, as we have learned from the past that exaggerated pessimism is the wrong cure. We have gained enough experience in the past to easily overcome challenges that we are facing due to high interest rates, energy prices and construction costs.
