Since its establishment in 2006, the Parus Foundation has awarded 42 scholarships to sixteen generations of students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana for postgraduate studies at the world's most prestigious universities, such as Harvard Law School, the University of Cambridge, Yale and the London School of Economics.

The only condition of the Parus Foundation for awarding the scholarship is that the scholarship recipient returns to work in Slovenia for three years after completing their studies.

The social responsibility of the Parus Foundation and its contribution to the development of the Slovenian legal system and economy was recognised both by the University of Ljubljana, which awarded the Parus Foundation two Pro Universitate Labacensi Awards, and the Association of Slovenians Educated Abroad (Društvo VTIS), which awarded the Parus Foundation the VTIS OF THE YEAR award 2020.

At this year's event, which was attended by scholarship holders, the Academic Assembly of the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana and other successful lawyers and businessmen, the President and Founder of the Parus Foundation, Attorney at Law Miro Senica, the Business Secretary of the Parus Foundation, Attorney at Law Matija Urankar and the dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana, Prof. Dr. Saša Zagorc addressed the participants of the event.
