Our Senior Associate, Maja Skorupan recently attended the Conference on Trends in Social Responsibility 2024, which took place in Bled. The conference was organized by the Mreža za Družbeno Odgovornost Slovenije, IEDC-Poslovna šola Bled, Inštitut WISE and Ekvilib Inštitut.

The central theme of the conference was the concept of the employer brand as a key part of organizational social responsibility. The effectiveness of environmental attitudes and ethical practices is becoming crucial for the reputation of organizations as desirable employers.

 Maja was involved in a panel discussion where she presented examples of good practices and the challenges we face in building the employer brand at Law Firm Senica & Partners, Ltd.
