Andersen has prepared a newsletter for employers with relevant information on the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, also called »Whistleblower Directive«. The document provides an overview of the implementation of the Directive in 20 European countries, and highlights what will need to be observed by employers and employees in the future, in relation to the protection of whistleblowers.
