Uroš Čop, the Managing Partner at our law firm, appeared on the television show Dobro Jutro on Slovenia’s broadcast on channel TV Slovenija 1 on February 5, 2021. In a conversation with the host, Mojca Mavec, he presented his view on the legal regulation of sexual harassment both from the point of view of criminal offences against sexual inviolability as well as labour law regulation.

He also offered concrete advice on how victims of sexual offences should act in case of suspicion of a criminal offence or minor offence, especially with respect to providing relevant evidence and participation in the evidentiary process. He also highlighted the importance of movements such as #jaztudi and #MeToo, which give power to victims and put them in a slightly better position today than in the past.
