Maja Šubic
Maja is an expert in Corporate and Commercial Law.
She focuses mainly on Competition & Antitrust law, Corporate and M&A law, Real Estate law, Corporate and Commercial Dispute Resolution and Public Procurement law. She has participated in all major commercial litigations and M&A transactions led by our law firm in recent years. During her years of practice, she gained vast experience while handling complex negotiations, collaborating in and organizing multiple LDD’s and is now providing her professional assistance to clients as a team leader during various complex transactions and litigations.
