Matija Urankar
Matija is an expert in Constitutional Law and Public Law.
He focuses mainly on Constitutional Law (Human Rights issues), Administrative Law (Energy, Environmental, Construction, and Immigration) and Due Diligence of Administrative Risks. He is representing Clients in the proceedings before the Constitutional Court, the European Court of Human Rights, Administrative Dispute Litigation and related Commercial Disputes and Arbitration, Inspection Proceedings and in the proceedings before Administrative Bodies. He also advises Clients in the legislative processes (drafting of legislation), and is also involved in major M&A's concerning the Administrative Law aspects.
Matija regularly participates in several moot court competitions as a judge. Matija is a deputy manager of the Parus Foundation which was established by Miro Senica in 2006 and grants scholarship to most talented graduates at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana.
