Is disinfection in a multi-apartment building compulsory even if such a building does not have a building manager, who could organise the disinfection?
In multi-apartment buildings, which in line with special regulations do not have a building manager, the residents of these buildings have to fulfil the obligations from the Decree themselves. The Decree, which entered into force on March 30, 2020, lays down the compulsory disinfection of common spaces in or around the multi-apartment building at least twice a day. The frequency of disinfection depends on the number of residents living in the building.
