In multi-apartment buildings, which in line with special regulations do not have a building manager, the residents of these buildings have to fulfil the obligations from the Decree themselves. The Decree, which entered into force on March 30, 2020, lays down the compulsory disinfection of common spaces in or around the multi-apartment building at least twice a day. The frequency of disinfection depends on the number of residents living in the building.

The Government has adopted the Decree on the prohibition of movement outside the municipalities, which entered into force on March 30, 2020, and will remain in force until it is expressly revoked.

Movement within the municipality of permanent or temporary residence is prohibited, unless in cases expressly stated by the decree (going to stores, toiletries and beauty retailers, gas station, post office, etc.). If such services are not available in the municipality of permanent or temporary residence, individuals can go to another municipality, but only to the nearest service available.

The individual can reside at his temporary address, however, the Decree states that during the pandemic, the individual with both temporary and permanent address can only reside on one of the addresses, as well as that, during the pandemic, he is not allowed to change/move between both addresses. The Government decided to leave the detailed characterization of the exceptions to the mayors, who can adopt a decision, detailing exceptions stated in the Decree.
