Is the individual, who is currently residing at his temporary address, required to move back to his permanent address?

The individual can reside at his temporary address, however, the Decree states that during the pandemic, the individual with both temporary and permanent address can only reside on one of the addresses, as well as that, during the pandemic, he is not allowed to change/move between both addresses. The Government decided to leave the detailed characterization of the exceptions to the mayors, who can adopt a decision, detailing exceptions stated in the Decree.
