Pursuant to the new amendments of the ZZUSUDJZ, oral hearings and other procedural actions where an official, party or other participant can be in direct contact shall also be carried out even in matters which are not considered urgent, if there is no risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus and health of an official, customer or other participant is ensured.
