Maja Šubic, Partner at our Law Firm, recently attended the 12th Public Procurement Congress in Portorož, where she lectured on the topic of withdrawal and mutual termination of public procurement contracts.

Maja presented situations when either the contracting authority or the contractor may withdraw from a public procurement contract, the legal consequences of withdrawal, and the possibility of mutual termination of a public procurement contract. Maja also highlighted problems that contracting parties might encounter due to the early termination of a contract. An engaging discussion with the congress participants followed the lecture.
