Last week was notable for Law Firm Senica & Partners, as we had the rare and exceptional opportunity to present a legally complex case regarding waste management to 15 judges of the Grand Chamber of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg. The judges of the Grand Chamber of the Court of Justice of the European Union will answer several questions put forward by the Slovenian Constitutional Court in the preliminary procedure. The questions relate to the national measures' compatibility with EU law, specifically with the rules related to the single market, freedoms, and free economic initiative.
